Any exacter rumors about european/ german dates?
i heard about negotiations for 2 nights in germany, pinkpop, london, barcelona and 1 or 2 nights portugal. June/July
Basically each year Pearl Jam are rumoured to return to the Pinkpop Festival, where they impressed Europe in 1992 and returned to in 2000.
This year the dates are 10-12 June 2016. That might fit into a Europe mini-tour if touring in the US ends in May.

Ik denk dat die band lekker geld wilt blijven verdienen zolang ze kunnen en Pinkpop veel te veel geld betaald voor populaire rockacts. Dus als ze er dit jaar niet staan, dan volgend jaar of het jaar daarna of het jaar daarna (mits pinkpop dan weer niet exact dezelfde headliners heeft als dit jaar).
Nederland komt voor in de geruchten voor 2016...

Eddie Vedder Hangs Out With 30 Fans, Plays Ukulele
Eddie Vedder has been giving Dave Grohl a run for his money on Pearl Jam’s Latin American tour for the title of Nicest Guy in Rock and Roll, with Vedder being photographed with over 30 fans, seen below via @PearlJamOnline and other fan Instagram accounts. Eddie Vedder took a stand against gender violence at Pearl Jam’s show in Buenos Aires over the weekend. Vedder held a sign on stage that said: “Ni una menos” (No woman less). ‘Ni una menos’ an Argentinian feminist movement to stop gender violence and femicides. He had an optimist way of seeing it: “With the amount of women I see in the rows and in the fence, and how everyone is respecting them, I’d say we’re getting at it.”
Vedder definitely loved the Buenos Aires fans, as he ran into the audience to shake fans hands during “Porch.”
Ed talks about “we” meaning the band and crew and “some of you as well” meaning the audience have had a very rough year and lost people that they loved. He tells the Argentinians that it means so much being received so well by them. “It means a lot and even more now.”
Ed notes that there are lot of women down front at the barricade and comments “that means it is safe down there and people are looking out for each other. That is not always the case.” He praises the strong women and men that are taking care of each other.
He asks for a camera to show the sign he is holding. It says “Ni Una Menos” Ed implores people to end gender based violence and for people to stand up for women everywhere.

Ik denk dat PJ de ziggo dome wederom gaat doen..
Vedder en band zijn fan van de ziggo dome, de vorige keer zei hij ook in zijn speech dat PJ graag daar het record blijft houden als internationale artiest.
PJ op RW en niet op PP zou ook wel weer teleurstellend zijn btw.

Someone from Universal Netherlands told me that PJ is in the Ziggodome Amsterdam at the 8th of june 2016.
Now we have pretty good info about the euro tour. Starting June 8 in Amsterdam and ending in Lisbon on July 7.
Yeah, those rumours and dates seem to fit but over a month in Europe seems very long. They normally do 2-3 weeks.
I'm hoping/expecting them to add another ziggodome date: last tours they always did 2 and they seem to like it there. There is enough room before and after june 8.

Ik heb dit al eerder gezegd, die willen zelf helemaal niet op Pinkpop.
Als ze echt 8-6 in de Ziggodome staan, had dit DE kans geweest om op PP te spelen

Mjah, als ze een tourtje met zalen doen dan is het niet gek dat ze geen uitzondering maken natuurlijk. On the other hand, als ze écht graag willen was dit de kans voor Pinkpop echt even lekker uit te pakken en a la Roskilde dan zo'n klepper te hebben die je exclusief hebt dat festivalseizoen. Maar goed, ik neem Jan's geblaat al jaren met een korreltje zout, en dan kom je meestal wat dichter bij de waarheid uit. Hij wil ze erg graag hebben, maar dat zij een special kind of love voor PP voelen... not so much volgens mij. Just another festival voor hen.
