Verzameltopic overige Nederlandse festivals 2025

Lijkt me op dit moment een beetje voorbarig om vanuit Nirwana met een reactie te komen. Ik denk dat de band eerst zelf met een statement voor komende show komt

Pelagic Fest inderdaad;

Met nog heel wat extra info ivm line-up en special sets.

We are immensely proud and happy to present you the full lineup of Pelagic Fest 2025, headlined by IHSAHN, GOD IS AN ASTRONAUT and THIS WILL DESTROY YOU.
This lineup is exploring the full spectrum of the Pelagic musical universe: from the intricate yet catchy post metal of Belgian trio PSYCHONAUT to the quiet instrumental soundscapes of new Hungarian signing TÖRZS, from the raw, unrelenting ferocity of LO! from Sydney and the evocative, cinematic metal of HYPNO5E to the dark, krauty extravaganza of Swedish GÖSTA BERLINGS SAGA.
Full Album sets:
• French instrumental rock stalwarts BRUIT ≤ will perform 2 sets: Sunday’s set will be focusing on their trailblazing debut album „The Machine Is Burning…“ as well as material from their „Monolith“ EP (might there be a reissue coming…?
🤔
), and on Saturday they will perform their upcoming album „The Age Of Ephemerality“ in full, for the first time ever live.
• THIS WILL DESTROY YOU and YOU, INFINITE are essentially the same band, and while This Will Destroy You will serve us some timeless post rock classics, YOU, INFINITE will grace us with an exclusive live performance of their brand new debut album „S/T”, which connects seamlessly with TWDY’s iconic ’S/T’ album.
Artist Focus:
Responsible for the festival poster is Swedish artist John G. Winther, who will be sharing the full spectrum of his creative vision at Pelagic Fest: performing live with his bands BARRENS and BLESSINGS as well as a first-time ever solo set focused on his 2021 album ‚The Rupturing Sowle‘. As a testament to his multifaceted artistry, the festival will also feature an exhibition of his visual artwork, displayed in the venue’s foyer, blending his music and visual art into an immersive experience that invites reflection and exploration.
