I think they'll be releasing new music for Werchter. They're playing at the Trix on April 23rd; it seems difficult to play a show with 18 minutes of music.

Ja was een goede show, gebracht met overtuiging, doet heel erg denken aan wunderhorse

Staan al op drie plaatsen in België en dus uitgesloten. Zeker voor zo'n act worden ze eerst op RW aangekondigd en dan pas elders.

Benieuwd of Anna Von Hauswolff voor RW (3, 4 of 5 juli) wordt aangekondigd nu dat ze verschijnt op open'er op 1 juli. Of gaat ze toch richting PKP.
Nul kansen dat ze tussen de namen van de Slope maandag zit, typische namiddag act club c of the Barn.

Tbf it doesn’t clash with the main stage at all, so for lots it’s a good stage to catch acts during the breaks too

Het zijn de pareltjes die je tegenkomt bij het inluisteren. Vorig jaar almost monday, Allie X, Wisp, Somebody's Child. Het mooie is dat je er laat naartoe kunt gaan en toch vooraan staat.

Beetje van beide. Luister sowieso altijd van tevoren alle artiesten in, maar er zitten eigenlijk iedere keer weer interessante namen tussen. Blijft een fijne uitwisseling voor namen die je vaker hebt gezien of namen die je niet hoeft te zijn (zoals The Prodigy).

Voor mij de combinatie van het feit dat het een erg fijn podium is én dat ze hele leuke bands weten te boeken daar die hele goede shows weten neer te zetten.

You can ask the same question for all big festivals, they all have smaller stages, not everyone is interested in the headliners.

Die "leak" kwam vorig jaar van Rock Werchter zelf. Zij hadden de namen van de Slope per ongeluk te vroeg op hun website gezet. Dus ik zou er niet op rekenen dat we dit jaar weer een leak krijgen.

That "leak" came from Rock Werchter itself last year. They accidentally posted the Slope's names on their website too early. So I wouldn't count on another leak this year.

Ahh that’s right it was. Well maybe we’ll be holding onto 7pm then.

Wat een 'must see' is, is zeer persoonlijk natuurlijk. Voor mij is er momenteel zowel op donderdag als op zaterdag geen enkele headliner een 'must see'. Dus als er een mooi alternatief op The Slope staat, zal ik daar zeker te vinden zijn. Wie op dat moment daar staat is er ook echt voor de muziek en de band, wat vaak veel sfeer oplevert.
