Het stof van de eerste festival line-ups (Jera on Air, Nova Rock, Rock am Ring, Primavera) is een beetje neergedaald. Van heel wat namen is duidelijk geworden dat ze volgend jaar zomer (in ieder geval in juni) festivals doen in Europa, wat ze ook voor Rock Werchter een kanshebber maakt. De vraag blijft of ze ook op festivals in juli spelen, een goede match met RW zijn en niet terecht komen op een ander Belgisch festival. Hierover kan gecorrespondeerd worden (op dit forum) en ook nieuwe informatie over de reeds genoemde acts en verse namen zijn welkom.
In het overzicht zijn veel namen naar 'Goede mogelijkheid' gepromoveerd, met de kanttekening dat de overlap met de 'vroege' juni-festivals vaak beperkt is. DIt jaar waren er bijv. maar 6 dubbelingen met Primavera, vooral in de undercard. Alle wijzigingen ten opzichte van het vorige overzicht zoals gebruikelijk in vet.
Het ziet er naar uit dat we morgen de eerste naam bij de categorie 'Zeker' kunnen verwelkomen. De meest voor de hand liggende namen zijn al vaak genoemd, maar wat zou het leuk zijn als er een tof konijn uit de hoge hoed zou komen dat niemand heeft zien aankomen.
