Graspop Metal Meeting 2025

Zouden ze echt rammstein nog kunnen boeken als headliner? Die verkopen op hun eigen toch al meer dan 100k tickets in belgie en nog eens zoveel in nederland met hun tour?
They planned to do a festival tour in 2022 (?) but it was scrapped because of the allegations against Till, if I remember correctly. They did another round of stadium shows instead. At least, thatā€™s what I heard back then.
the tour with the mega stage has ended and they are now on pause-hiatus for a longer period
i reckon its gonna be a year or 3 before they will gear up again

thats why i wanted to see them at veltins

We would like to say a big thank you to all our fans, our friends and visitors to our concerts.
Thank you for your support, warmth and encouragement on this 2024 tour.
We could feel it everywhere and felt carried on a wave of emotions.
It was an honor to play for you, to be a part of these happy moments and shared joy.
Thanks to you, we are a band that has rediscovered its joy in music and on stage.
Every concert was a healing act for us.
We thank you for that.

Since last summer, we have been actively dealing with the accusations made against the band.
We take this debate seriously, even if much of it is unfounded and exaggerated.
It is an internal process that will accompany us for a long time to come.
Each of us does this in our own way and deals with it differently.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our families and loved ones in particular for their unreserved support and love, as they have also been hit hard by the accusations and the way the media has handled them.

We would like to thank our crew, our management, all our employees and everyone who has supported and remained loyal to us along the way. This huge stadium tour with this great show and this extraordinary stage, its 135 concerts in 5 years with 6 million fans, has come to an end.
Not Rammstein.
Not us. No you.
The journey continues...

Adieu, Goodbye, AUF WIEDERSEHEN! ! !

Does anyone else find this whole way of "releasing one headliner per day" a bit tiring? I can understand if certain announcements need to be timed with band's own tour announcements but other than that I don't think this way of marketing the line-up makes it any more enticing or resulting in more ticket sales. What do you guys think? Are there any other precedents from other festivals?
Looks like you jinxed it o_O
