Ik ga het nog eens opnieuw moeten beluisteren maar was verre van onder de indruk van CT zijn solo album.

Desondanks wil ik hem ook wel eens solo zien en dan vooral "Snuff" akoestisch brengt.
Yeah, apparently they played two days in a row in different cities for a bunch of arena shows in the US on the first leg of their reunion tour. After 2017 though, the only times they played two days in a row was when they played the same venue twice. So I wouldn’t necessarily expect Glasto and Download Germany without a day’s rest, after 2017 they have always had 2 or 3 days between any two different locations. This seems to hold for any show outside of the US in general. So it can’t be ruled out completely, but it looks highly unlikely to me.

zou toch allang aangekondigd zijn waarschijnlijk.
wel bijzonder, dat festival ineens 2daags maken in zo'n jaar waar Rock Am Ring al amper aan zijn headliners kan komen, vervolgens ook nog pas enkele maanden voor het festival iets gaan aankondigen. Ik dacht dat moet wel GNR zijn, maar gezien het in het Glastonbury weekend zit zal dat ook wel niks worden. Geen idee wat er dan wel daar zal spelen, misschien toch nog een onverwachte headliner die ook op Graspop zal staan?

I just finished looking at all their reunion tour dates on setlist.fm and I didn’t see any example of that. I found a handful of shows on two consecutive days in different US cities in 2017, and one time in Japan in the same year (Osaka jan 21, Kobe jan 22). The only back to back dates outside of those were two nights in the same venue.

I don't see why GNR could not play Download Deutschland en Glastonbury in the same weekend. Glastonbury on Friday and Download on Sunday? Or is even that not an option since they have to recovery too much/they need more time to remove their production from city to city?

Rumour has it they would play Glasto on saturday specifically. But yeah, if they end up playing friday that could work out.
Edit: nevermind I thought Download Germany was saturday/sunday but apparently its friday/saturday

Wordt wel een moeilijke zo eigenlijk. Als ze er staan moet het bijna wel vrijdag in Duitsland en zaterdag op Glastonbury zijn, maar 2 avonden na elkaar in 2 verschillende landen lijkt me hoogst ongebruikelijk.
Denk ook dat ze, zeker vlak voor Glasto, ook wel een vrije dag zouden willen om die stem van Axl niet te veel te belasten; Het is zo al moeilijk genoeg...
