BKS & DTRH HURT/HEAL

Volgens mij wordt Chris' show zowat algemeen gezien als de minst bekeken BKS show ooit, toch?

Zou goed kunnen, maar ik vond die headlineshow echt verrassend leuk!

@Yannick en de show in 2016 werd uitgeroepen tot beste van het festival, door 3voor12! Maar denk dat dit wel echt een love it or hate it artiest is (ik behoor tot categorie 1).

Klopt. Scheelt ook wel dat het op de zondag was, want er zijn heel veel andere acts die op een zondag voor net zo'n leeg veld hadden gestaan.

Op mijn enige DTRH-editie was het bij Anohni in mijn herinnering nog leger dan ik op BKS ooit heb gezien.

Ik heb vooralsnog besloten om niks met deze band te gaan doen, maar het is wel een lastige. De show op BKS 2017 was fantastisch en de eerste albums zijn dat ook. Ik weet zelf eigenlijk niet genoeg over de ophef, maar er zit nu wel een nare smaak aan. En de latere platen leken minder boeiend (al heb Ik ze ook niet meer uitgebreid geluisterd).

Ik ga ook niet mee in het minnen. Ik zou teleurgesteld zijn als BKS ze weer een podium geeft gezien de ophef. Tegelijkertijd vergeet ik de euforie van de mensen ook niet tijdens de 2017 editie. Mensen hadden het bijna meer over die Arcade Fire show dan die Radiohead show. Anders was die show waarschijnlijk makkelijk in de all-time Top 5 shows op BKS gekomen voor de meeste mensen.

En daarom is het des te taaier dan dat hij het zo gruwelijk verneukt heeft. En de meest recente muziek is allemaal ook wel gewoon pijnlijk matig.
