And I've given you two complete examples of when she was around and free every single day of Werchter yet didn't play at all....literally played Roskilde on the Wednesday....I wonder what day The Cure did?, who slipped Opener in before.

It's as clear as day basically, the only reason reason for ignoring that is for the want for it to happen. Literally when you confirm that day it's a trip to Belgium two days later if all parties wanted it.

Surely instead of doing Friday and Saturday in those two one year, you arrange that to play all 3....like LOTS of artists do. The reason you wouldn't do so is by booking it like KOL have booked the 02, either they don't want to play what they are offered or the festival aren't interested in offering it. This needing to be available is a really poor a delusional point full of excuses.

Was dat zelfs niet als vervanger van een act dat ene jaar? In 24 op de Werchter vrijdag en zaterdag in Polen en Denemarken terwijl wij op donderdag Lenny Kravitz kregen, voel je toch aan alles dat zij daar had moeten staan.

Sam Fender zou wel dé naam zijn voor dinsdag. Hopelijk samen met Glastonbury als enigste festivals. Ik was er vorig jaar toen zijn show gecanceld werd, maar nu toch wel echt groter geworden na het succes van Rein me in. En eerlijk hij verdient het! Gezien nog in Tilburg voor 3000 man, maar wow wat is deze man goed! Zo zonde dat hij vaker heeft moeten cancelen door zijn gezondheid etc. Hij verdient wel zijn plek als headliner. Hopelijk is hij de naam

Wasn't that the year she only came back into the picture very late in the process? She was announced for Roskilde and Opener in April, at a time when RW had long since announced their headliners.

She wasn't headlining Opener in 2024, she was 3rd down second stage so didn't need announcing early and she was 3rd down at Roskilde too replacing someone. I do know there has been chances to play and she hasn't. She has never played a Belgium show at all since 2019 despite multiple other countries, literally last played Werchter 9 years ago.
To put into context Boom Clap peaked at 35 over there, so did Guess on her biggest album and she's not had a top 10 single since 2014. Brat peaked 3 and stayed between top 60/70 for about a year, her new album dropped 150 places in a month and a half and currently sits around 160, it only came out 2 months ago! Wuthering Heights stayed respectable for about a month and dropped to 200 inside of 2. Her albums also did better in Netherlands and Denmark comfortably.

Wasn't that even as a replacement for an act that one year? With 24 at Werchter on Friday and Saturday in Poland and Denmark, while we got Lenny Kravitz on Thursday, you can just feel in everything that she should have been there.

As I say, if she could have been booked?, why not book her other dates so she could 3 like many others.

If she had her recent albums did the dame in the UK and dropped the headlining conversations for her in England would be much different.

If Blink for example aren't there but there in Europe over that period, they will ahead decided not to do it or not got a mutual offer they wanted, it's that simple for me. I like and want them but I'm not needing to make excuses and reasons for why it doesn't happen

The Strokes als headliner en Neighbourhood als subheadliner op de main. The Strokes op Outside Lands 2026 voor de eerste keer live gehoord en dat geeft me wel zin om meer te ontdekken van hen.

No Madonna would be interesting. Just to add, those two years gone by when Glastonbury didn't share a headliner with Werchter, Werchter shared one with BST each of those years and when they share 1 is the usual and Muse are already there. So even on that if they had The Strokes and Billie too, one of those isn't coming to us. 2 with one sharing a spot, happened once I think, 1 with a head and sub, 3 in form of a headliner extremely unlikely.
