als ik nu naar buiten kijk daar dat depressieve donkere regenachtige weer is het toch moeilijk te geloven dat ik over 5 dagen vertrek om in tropische temperaturen te festivallen, voelt alsof ik daarvoor naar Zuid Europa zou moeten ipv een uurtje naar het noordwesten

Het leek zo een perfecte editie te worden qua weer, maar deze hitte word ik alles behalve vrolijk van. Hopelijk dat de nieuwe marquee tent minder een sauna wordt dan de vorige.

misschien vreemd om te zeggen maar Regen kan ik beter tegen dan extreme hitte.

Liever warmte dan een modderpoel. In 2024 was die modder zo'n domper, ik herinner me meer de miserie en voetpijn dan de goede optredens die ik toen gezien heb. Heel jammer want die line-up was écht wel puik.

Maar goed, los daarvan, NOG 5 KEER SLAPEN!

I am team heat rather than team rain. Last Saturday I went to see Anyma in Brussels during an OpenAir and it rained hard for half an hour twice. It was so unpleasant, not mentioning the fact that when temperatures are quite low you get cold quite easily.

I got two practical questions totally unrelated : Where is the bus stop for the free shuttles between the festival and Mol ? And how often do these shuttles come and go ? Do you have to wait maximum half an hour, less, more ?

Ik kan me die shuttle busstop en de Boneyard Boulevard zo visualiseren, maar zelfs dan vind ik dit plaatje eerlijk gezegd ontzettend onduidelijk.

@Math It's basically unmissable once you leave the shuttle busses where to go to reach the festival entrance. You'll be fine!

Wauw, vind je het de combi prijs nog steeds waard nu je maar één derde van het festival meekrijgt?

Geef mij maar lekker warm weer ja, als is 30+ wel een beetje veel van het goede. Genoeg drinken met z'n allen (en niet alleen bier!)

Vorige editie lag ik met een goeie roes in de volle zon te bakken, toen kwam er iemand naar me toe die me overeind trok en zei dat ik op moest passen voor een zonnesteek. Kon ik wel waarderen. Kortom: kijk uit naar elkaar!

Het valt niet mee voor @Pauly Robin niet als weerman en niet als bezoeker.
Hem gun ik roastpop toch wat minder als heeft hij zich goed voorbereid.

Zelf vind ik dat je ze zowel Roastpop en Mudpop mee gemaakt moet hebben.
Beide heeft zijn uitdagingen.

Maar het enige wat me bij gebleven is van mudpop(2022), niet wat is het koud of wat is het nat.
Maar vooral waar is het gras gebleven? ( arme voetjes)

Roastpop vooral heet heet en dorst dorst dorst.
