Leuke aan mijn lijst vind ik dat meer dan de helft uit artiesten bestaat die ik voor dit jaar nog nauwelijks kende of luisterde. Dat is mede te danken aan dit forum! In de breedte voor mij een heel goed album-jaar, maar wat minder uitschieters dan afgelopen jaren.

Er zit voor mij zeer weinig verschil tussen de twee platen van FKA, maar heb ze beide grijs gedraaid in ieder geval. Na Geese op nummer 6 vind ik het heel lastig alles op een plek te zetten dus is een beetje random. Lorde , Matt Berninger, Sam Fender en The Murder Capital vallen er bij mij net buiten. Was weer een erg goed jaar!

Ieder jaar denk ik meer en meer: er zijn natuurlijk nog zó veel albums die ik niet heb gehoord en zo'n top 20 hangt voor mij ook erg samen met waar ik in een jaar toevallig meer aandacht aan heb besteed omdat een act op een festival stond of staat waar ik heen ga..

Dit jaar zijn de nummers 1 en 2 voor mij wel heel duidelijk, de nummer 1 vooral ook omdat ik normaal niet naar het genre luister. De nummer 3 schoot omhoog na een prachtig optreden op BKS.

Opvallend wel dat Turnstile minder vaak genoemd wordt dan verwacht. Benieuwd waar ze eindigen. Ook de West End Girl hype lijkt hier niet echt aanwezig. Onterecht uiteraard.
