BKS & DTRH HURT/HEAL

Om een voorbeeld te noemen; de band Wilco.
Pinkpop zou dat sowieso niet boeken. Lowlands zou het kunnen boeken, maar is onwaarschijnlijk.
DTRH zou het boeken, met waarschijnlijk een matige opkomst als resultaat.
BKS zou het boeken en bij BKS zit het publiek hier doorgaans wel meer op te wachten.

Ik bedoelde dus headliners, dat is Wilco niet.

Een deel van deze headliners heb ik idd op andere festivals gezien (Arctic Monkeys, Editors, Sigúr Ros, The xx), namelijk op Pukkelpop/Lowlands, dus het is deels echt wel inwisselbaar. Bepaalde artiesten zoals Anohni, PJ Harvey, Aphex Twin, vind ik zelf echt alternatieve "indie darlings" die ik wel écht BKS/DTRH materiaal vind. Maar ik vermoed eigenlijk dat de grootste verschillen in de mid- en undercard zitten.

PJ Harvey heeft op Pinkpop gestaan.
Die andere kan ik niet zo goed inschatten, maar klinken inderdaad niet echt als Pinkpop-namen.

Sigúr Ros vind ik ook een prima voorbeeld. Fenomenaal op Lowlands in 2008 en BKS 2013, maar zoiets zou echt nooit werken op Pinkpop.

Goed voorbeeld (en hele toffe band)!

Maar al met al zijn dat dus eerder de uitzonderingen in deze lijst.
De rest lijkt mij prima op Pinkpop te kunnen staan.

Ik ben gisteren met mijn damteam kampioen geworden en daarmee zitten we het volgende seizoen weer in de hoogste klasse, de ereklasse. Dit mede door een winst van mij in een marathonpartij van meer dan 5u. Kortom, tijd om lekker positief de punten uit te delen vandaag voor de verandering. Of nee, toch maar niet.
