Was dat toen ook al met guests bij elk nummer ? Bij de laatste optredens op Arctangent & Copenhell lijkt dat wel zo te zijn. Blijkbaar werken ze hun show nog wel verder uit want in Februari doen ze een show in Kopenhagen waar ze de show van Copenhell opnieuw gaan doen met daarnaast nog extra guests zoals Kai Uwe Faust + warriors van Heilung en nog een lasershow er bovenop

Copenhell (DK) heeft de eerste namen aangekondigd.

Ja, dit is me echt een partijtje lekker. Karnivool en The Melvins hadden van mij niet gehoeven, maar Rolo Tomassi, Between the Buried & Me, Kylesa, We Lost the Sea, The Fall of Troy (tot op zekere hoogte), DVNE, Inter Arma (tot op zekere hoogte), Heave Blood & Die (!), Drongo (!), meth. (!), Ni (!) en Papangu (!) zijn allemaal raak. Klinkt weer als een mooi editie! Zou leuk zijn als die eerste twee wat meer optreden en dat Papangu maar meer data mag doen, wat een album is dat!

Trouwens vergeten te melden:
Bergenfest (NO) komt volgende week met een redelijk deel van hun affiche naar buiten of in ieder geval de headliners naast Aurora.

6 nieuwe namen voor Time To Rock. KROKUS - JOE LYNN TURNER - RIOT V - LIONHEART - U.K. SUBS - CRYSTAL VIPER

Legendary KROKUS turns 50 and makes a Sweden-exclusive gig with us this summer. May be the last chance to catch this classic band with Marc "The Voice" Storace at the forefront performing immortal classics like "Screaming in the Night", "Bedside Radio", "Midnight Maniac", "Long Stick Goes Boom" and many more!
We also get a visit from one of the greatest voices in rock music ever, JOE LYNN TURNER, who hardly needs any major presentation. But for those of you who are wondering, he sang among other things. a on three classic RAINBOW records: "Difficult To Cure", "Straight Between the Eyes" and "Bent Out of Shape".
Everyone who likes hard rock has heard the song "Swords & Tequila" with RIOT from the classic record "Fire Down Under". Now the band, which after Mark Reale's death, is now called RIOT V to Time To Rock. They do it to play that WHOLE record. Suck it up!
Once upon a time he played guitar in Iron Maiden. Now Dennis Stratton comes with a star-studded LIONHEART to Knislinge. They don't play live very often, so don't miss this!
You must get a classic punk band from England and in 2025 it will be Charlie Harper and his legendary U. K SUBS.
We end this band release with Polish heavy metal band CRYSTAL VIPER, fronted by charismatic Marta Gabriel.
Now there are only 11 acts left to present.

Tons of Rock (NO) doet er nog een tandje bij naast Green Day.

Inferno Metal Festival (NO) voegt ook nog Septicflesh, Coven en Magister Templi toe aan de line-up.

Eens even wat andere genres meepakken, hoor. Big Ears Festival (VS) met de line-up. Ik vind dit echt heerlijk. Anohni and the Johnsons, Arooj Aftab, Bill Frisell, Explosions in the Sky, Jessica Pratt, Joe Lovano, Lankum, Les Claypool, Meshell Ndegeocello, Sun Ra Arkestra & Yo La Tengo (vette combi), Vijay Iyer en Zakir Hussain zijn al tof en dan reken ik de rest van de undercard nog geen eens mee.

En speciale attentie voor múm natuurlijk! Wat hoop ik dat die maar weer eens naar het Europese vasteland mogen komen. Laatste keer Nederland is, volgens mij, alweer 2013?

Idioot goede line up. Denk dat hier ook wel een aantal namen naar Primavera gaan doorkomen (en in de slipstream hopelijk ook BKS). Die undercard is ook om echt van te smullen.

4 nieuwe namen voor A Colossal Weekend (Kylesa - Oranssi Pazuzu - Bosco Sacro - Machukha )
Machukha is nog wel een toffe naam die je nog niet veel ziet voorbijkomen.

We are thrilled and extremely honored to be a part of the Kylesa reunion next year. It's a band that has always been a huge inspiration to us and also many of the acts we have presented over the years.
Oranssi Pazuzu was one of the absolute highlights at ACW 2022. There's a new record out in a few days and from what we've heard it is not going to disappoint. So happy to have them back at VEGA.
Doomgaze specialists Bosco Sacro from Italy and Ukrainian/Irish post-black outfit Matchukha might be new to most of you, but we promise that these acts are cherry picked because they rock.

Tons of Rock (NO) heeft Kaizers Orchestra aangekondigd, de headliner voor vrijdag 27 juni. Ik moet de eerste positieve reactie op het feit dat ze headliner zijn nog tegenkomen. Best apart, aangezien ze gewoon wel groot zijn in hun thuisland.
