Live zijn er weinig bands die me zo consistent weten te raken als The National. About Today, een nummer waarbij ik het volgens mij nog nooit droog gehouden heb als ze ‘m live doen. En dan die explosie in de tweede helft van dat nummer.

En grootste naam? Ik vraag me af wie sneller een Sportpaleis vult, The National of Gorillaz. Zal erom nijpen.

Zal redelijk gelijk zijn qua kaartjes schuiven in een zaal. Het verschil is denk ik vooral dat Gorillaz een stuk exclusiever/unieker is in Nederland. Gorillaz 4 shows gedaan, The National 23 shows. Daardoor is de hype rondom Gorillaz nu wat groter dan het voor The National zou zijn.
