I‘m pretty sure that Iron Maiden is going to be the second headliner at Rock Am Ring, alongside LP. Adding MCR would make this their biggest and best set of headliners in many many years, so I wouldn’t get my hopes up.

Nice to see so many festivals coming out with their first announcements - I’m getting excited for next summer already. Rock Am Ring is also teasing an announcement in the festivalsunited forum and has wiped their social media account. Could be interesting for Graspop.

They are coming off a very successful reunion tour of the U.S. right now. I'd like to see them come to Europe, even though I wouldn't expect them in 2026. Edit: Also, they've received a decent amount of internet hype through nostalgia and meme culture recently. This could certainly help them...

Imagine a Slayer / Megadeth co-headline! How cool would that be? I think Megadeth had a pretty strong crowd response in recent editions so I can totally see them headlining the North Stage alongside a bigger name.

That is true. However, from Graspop to Wacken is just a little over a month next year, as Wacken has a pretty early date once again. Let’s hope they can do both.
