Foo Fighters are definetly doing EU dates - German promoters FKP are teasing an announcement. Perhaps, they can end up playing their Hurricane festival, which takes places the same weekend as Graspop.

Out of the currently rumored acts, that's probably only A Perfect Circle, right? Twisted Sister and Marilyn Manson also haven't played festivals in a while but they were regular guests before that and TS haven't done anything new in decades. Bad Omens and Sleep Token are kind of new, at least.

If Within Temptation were at Graspop again, would they 100% be a headliner or is there a chance, they'd settle for sub? It seems to me, they've experienced a significant decrease in attention with the release of their latest album, perhaps because of the weird promo- and rollout strategy.
